1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the pk68io website and its associated services, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full and agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the pk68io platform and close your account if one has been created.

These Terms apply to all users of pk68io, including but not limited to visitors, registered members, bettors, casino players, and any individual who interacts with any feature of the platform. Access to certain features is conditional upon acceptance of additional specific terms, such as promotional terms, which shall be read alongside and form part of this agreement.

pk68io reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any portion of these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. Users are encouraged to review these Terms periodically.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an account with pk68io, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. pk68io enforces a strict 21+ policy. Underage gambling is prohibited, and any account found to be held by a person under 21 will be suspended immediately with all balances forfeited.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, bots, or automated systems may not register accounts.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete registration information. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account termination.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order previously placed with pk68io or any affiliated platform.
• You must not be accessing pk68io from a jurisdiction where online gambling is specifically prohibited by local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of pk68io is lawful in your jurisdiction.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account. The operation of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, device, IP address, or payment method — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and permanent forfeiture of all balances therein.

3 Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pk68io account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication details. pk68io strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication on your account as an additional layer of security.

You must not share your account credentials with any third party or permit any other person to access or use your account. Any activity conducted through your account — whether or not authorised by you — is your sole responsibility. pk68io shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

You must notify pk68io immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account or any breach of security. pk68io will investigate all reports of unauthorised access and may temporarily suspend your account during any such investigation.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

pk68io accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following verified Pakistani payment channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast, 1LINK, and Cash OTC. Additional payment methods may be introduced from time to time, subject to notification on the platform.

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is Rs 100. There is no maximum deposit limit, however large deposits may be subject to enhanced due diligence.
• Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically processed within 60 seconds. Bank transfers via HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank may take up to one business day depending on interbank processing times.
• All deposited funds must be sourced from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Deposits are for the purpose of gambling entertainment only. pk68io does not accept deposits intended for investment or any other non-gaming purpose.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent qualifying deposit, in accordance with anti-money laundering obligations.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Processing times for verified accounts are typically same-day for JazzCash and EasyPaisa, and up to two business days for bank transfers.
• Accounts must complete KYC verification before any withdrawal can be initiated. pk68io reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on any withdrawal request.
• Withdrawals of bonus-derived winnings are subject to the wagering requirements set out in Section 7.
• pk68io reserves the right to delay or decline any withdrawal where fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms is suspected. Such decisions will be communicated to the affected user within a reasonable timeframe.

5 Sports Betting Rules

The pk68io sportsbook offers betting markets on cricket (including PSL, Test series, and ICC tournaments), football, kabaddi, UFC, and other sports. The following rules apply to all sports betting activity on the platform:

• Bet Acceptance: All bets are accepted subject to the odds displayed at the time of placement. pk68io reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its discretion without providing a reason.
• Minimum & Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and are displayed at the time of bet placement. These limits may vary by sport, competition, and market type.
• Live Betting: In-play bets are accepted in real time during live events. pk68io reserves the right to suspend live betting markets at any time, including following significant in-game events, to protect market integrity.
• Void Bets: A bet will be voided and the stake returned if the relevant event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before completion of the minimum required play threshold as defined in the market rules.
• Errors & Obvious Mistakes: pk68io reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were published in error, including obvious pricing mistakes. Users who knowingly exploit pricing errors will be subject to account review.
• Results: Match results are determined based on official result sources for the relevant sport and competition. In the event of a dispute, pk68io's determination of the relevant result shall be final.
• PSL and Pakistan Cricket: Special enhanced markets are available for PSL fixtures and Pakistan international cricket. Market-specific rules for these competitions are published in the sportsbook under the relevant event listing.

6 Casino Games

pk68io offers a range of online casino games including slots, live dealer table games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, dragon tiger, teen patti), instant win games, and other electronic gaming products. The following rules govern all casino activity:

• All casino games on pk68io use independently certified random number generators (RNG). Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are published in the game information panel for each title.
• Live dealer games are broadcast from professionally managed studios. All live dealer activity is governed by the rules displayed within the relevant game interface.
• In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical fault during a game round, the affected round may be voided and stakes returned. pk68io shall not be liable for losses arising from technical faults outside its reasonable control.
• The use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool designed to gain an unfair advantage in casino games is strictly prohibited and constitutes a violation of these Terms.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all casino games and are displayed within the game interface. These limits may differ between standard and VIP tables.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

pk68io offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible users. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms communicated at the time the relevant promotion is offered:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus is stated in the individual promotion terms. Bonus funds may not be withdrawn until wagering requirements have been met in full.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games, live dealer games, and sports bets may contribute a lower percentage or be excluded entirely. Contribution rates are specified in each promotion's terms.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonuses and bonus-derived winnings that are not used within the specified validity period will automatically expire and be removed from your account balance without notice.
• One Bonus at a Time: Users may not hold more than one active bonus simultaneously unless specifically stated in the promotion terms. Attempting to claim multiple bonuses concurrently may result in all bonuses being voided.
• Bonus Abuse: pk68io monitors for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-risk betting strategies designed to extract bonus value without genuine play intent. Where bonus abuse is identified, pk68io reserves the right to void the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
• Right to Withdraw Promotions: pk68io reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Ongoing eligibility for a promotion does not constitute a contractual right to its continuation.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on pk68io. Engaging in any of the activities listed below will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may result in legal action where applicable:

• Registering more than one account on pk68io, or assisting another person in doing so.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using pk68io if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using pk68io if you are subject to a self-exclusion order with pk68io or any affiliated gambling platform.
• Attempting to exploit software vulnerabilities, glitches, or pricing errors on the platform.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripted tools to place bets or interact with casino games.
• Engaging in match-fixing, inside information betting, or any other activity that undermines the integrity of sporting events.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using pk68io for money laundering or any other financial crime.
• Colluding with other users in casino games, particularly in live poker or other multiplayer formats.
• Engaging in chargebacks through your payment provider after gambling losses have been incurred.
• Harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour directed at pk68io staff or other users through any communication channel.

9 Responsible Gaming

pk68io is committed to providing a safe, responsible, and sustainable gambling environment for all Pakistani users. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment, and pk68io takes seriously its obligation to support users who may experience difficulties related to gambling.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all pk68io account holders and can be accessed through account settings or by contacting customer support:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your pk68io account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure automated reminders to alert you to the duration of your current gambling session.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of your choosing — from 24 hours to 90 days — during which time no deposits or bets will be accepted.
• Self-Exclusion: Request permanent self-exclusion from the pk68io platform. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed. Users who self-exclude will be removed from all marketing communications.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the pk68io platform — including but not limited to the pk68io brand name and logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, and all other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of pk68io or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pk68io platform for personal, non-commercial gambling entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any pk68io content without express prior written permission.

Any unauthorised use of pk68io's intellectual property — including but not limited to scraping, copying game logic, reproducing the brand, or creating mirror websites — will be treated as a breach of these Terms and may give rise to legal claims.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pk68io, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the pk68io platform, including but not limited to:

• Gambling losses incurred through normal platform use.
• Losses arising from temporary unavailability or technical malfunction of the platform.
• Losses arising from delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers, including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or any banking institution.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information published on the platform, including odds, statistics, or promotional communications.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

pk68io's total aggregate liability to any user in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that user in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit pk68io's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

12 Termination

pk68io reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, money laundering activity, failure to complete KYC verification, or at pk68io's sole discretion for any operational reason.

Where an account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, pk68io reserves the right to void all pending bets, forfeit all bonus balances, and withhold withdrawal of any funds under active investigation. Real-money balances that are not subject to investigation or forfeiture will be returned to the user's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe following account closure.

Users may close their pk68io account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary account closure, any outstanding bonus balances will be forfeited. Real-money balances will be returned subject to completion of any pending wagering or withdrawal verification requirements.

13 Amendments to These Terms

pk68io reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, pk68io will notify registered users by email and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform for a period of not less than seven days prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the pk68io platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 12.

The version number and effective date displayed at the top of these Terms identify the current version. Users may request previous versions of these Terms by contacting customer support.

14 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of pk68io, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting pk68io customer support.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of notification, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration conducted under internationally recognised arbitration rules. The language of arbitration shall be English.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent pk68io from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court of jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent ongoing breach of these Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
